I think everyone can agree, the idea of “normal life” has been shoved out the door for a hot minute. In the wake of that, I know myself and many others are struggling to adapt and find a “new normal.” It’s hard though, because all the routines are missing.
The second set of skills learned in DBT therapy is grouped together and called “interpersonal effectiveness.” I’ll be posting some images of the worksheets at the end of the post, in case anyone wants to use them. These are also readily available online, if you need copies.
First, thank you, each of you who sent encouraging messages the last few days. It has been appreciated, and helpful. I think things just hit critical mass, then I had some relief, and between the two my entire being said “screw you, I quit.” (general review of my world below the cut)
